When I am feeling alone I go to a meeting. It is the place were I can feel some comfort.
My son's soccer game always makes me feel good. I like to see him running around and enjoying himself. They tied one game and lost a game to a team that is in a higher level. It is all cool though.

ReplyDeletemeetings and soccer make me feel good too! helping people, whether it's a pack of 2nd/3rd grade kids or a pack of wild alcoholics.. helping people makes us fele good man!
I agree, although I've heard that I'm never really alone with my HP there. I can be lonely but not alone.
ReplyDeleteFor me, I only stop feeling alone if I go to meetings and participate in some way. But what meetings will almost always do for me, if I listen, is get me out of my own head (my most dangerous place).
