cool

Man this heat wave has been brutal. The deal is anyone living near the coast probably doesn't have a/c. Temperatures climbed a little to high for no a/c, it felt as though I was in hell. I am an alcoholic so I know what hell is like.

The job offer is back on my plate again and I am beginning to feel like I am playing a ping pong match. I have prayed and I will leave it in the big guys hands for now. Also I am coaching my sons winter baseball team, well assistant coach. It is a start for me.

cansado

Well my son's last baseball game was tonight and they lost 5 to 2. He struck out and popped out and of course it was with his new bat. I felt bad for him because he wanted to hit the ball so bad. He will have to wait till winter ball to get another chance. All three will be playing winter baseball, but for now it will be soccer for the youngest two and football for the oldest.

Well the funeral is Thursday and I am really not looking forward to going. The emotional ride I have been on is exhausting. I need to do it for his kids and wife, they need our support so I will suck it up. I am a alcoholic and the things that make me feel uncomfortable are the things I need to do.

steps

I came close to knocking the shit out of one of my son's asst coaches. The guy has been screwing with my boy's swing from day one. The guy walks like he has a shit in his pants. His arms swinging like a chimp and acting like he is a bad ass. I know one punch and this bitch would be crying. Man, just thinking about makes me feel like fighting. Any ways back to the steps.

baseball

The try outs are today and I have said a early morning prayer. I asked my son how he felt this morning about the tryouts and his reply was I win either way. I thought what the hell is he talking about you either win or lose. He said if he made triple A he would be happy because he made it to the next level, however he would not be one of the best players(10-12 years old). If he didn't make it he would be playing with 8-10 year olds and he would be one of the best players so that is also good. It was refreshing to see my son look at the tryouts as win win situation.
