the wall

The wall in my life keeps a lot of potential friends out. I personally don't like people in general, but I am tolerable to most. I think this anti-social behavior came from my many years of drinking alone. I didn't like people coming over because they would always ask for a beer and they were mine. I use to keep beers in coolers all over the place and well hidden. I still have trouble sharing things and it is like a three year old not wanting to share his or her toys.

What kind of beer?

I used to hide beer too, just like you... not to hide the fact that I was drinking it, but so that I wouldn't have to share it!

how odd, I'm feeling alone today too and wondering what are my walls keeping others out

Hey, those are MY walls, and I don't like to share either! LOL
Not sharing the booze went without saying, I drank alone most of all.
HUGS to you from over the wall!

Ditto. My walls come from years of being weirder than everyone else. Turns out I'm not so different. Neither are you. :-)

I just had to make sure there was enough wine for all so I was always well stocked. then I'd drink it all myself anyway...

I promise not to ask for any of your things. I actually hate asking to borrow other people's stuff. My husband and I have a lot of redundancy because of it.
